This customer expresses discontent using the App on, "You can deposit easy but it won't be so easy to withdraw your money. Partypoker App has a lot of bugs. I couldn't see the size of the pot and numbers of any kind just displays chips but you have no idea how much is in the pot. Been emailing with customer service for 3 days and no help. Their suggestion was to reinstall the app again and clear cache and that didn't work. They had live chat help when I was having issues depositing the money. They don't have live chat help for problems you have when using the app."

"Most rigged poker site going hand to hand with 888. This site has never tried to simulate real poker shuffle as there is not such a thing as "real" on this fcuked up rigged bullshhit. 24 all-ins preflop AA vs A7 resulting into 0 fcuking wins. 0.2% chance to win will win 95 times out of 100 tries on this MOFO site!! Stay away if money has any value to you!"

"Trick is to play a millions of hands and find which part of the tournament the so called “variance happens”. I bet you any money it will be like’ll win way more hands vs smaller stacks then you do vs bigger stacks regardless of how crushed you have them or if you’re a underdog. Though they’re smart and when you multi table all your hand history is mixed up! So it takes you ages to compile the data! Alot of the good variance happens in spots where its just no ev. Alot of the bad variance magically happens in spots where you’re about to get paid! Coolers magically happen much more in the later stages of the tournament! Their businesses are ALL off shore accounts! And yes when you get a big hand you’ll notice players will time out! And then fold to you! When you try a bluff on a wet board they’ll call you with A high!!!! Either collusion is happening or its the same as the absolute poker scandal where super users are laughing their tits off whilst seeing our whole cards! AND it’s always better to play live because NO RNG can imitate a real life shuffle. The combinations in a real life shuffle are 51! Factoral. This number is so huge! Its unreal. Heres an example of this number I’ve seen a really good explanation of how big 52! actually is. Set a timer to count down 52! seconds (that’s 8.0658×1067 seconds) Stand on the equator, and take a step forward every billion years When you’ve circled the earth once, take a drop of water from the Pacific Ocean, and keep going When the Pacific Ocean is empty, lay a sheet of paper down, refill the ocean and carry on. When your stack of paper reaches the sun, take a look at the timer. The 3 left-most digits won’t have changed. 8.063×1067 seconds left to go. You have to repeat the whole process 1000 times to get 1/3 of the way through that time. 5.385×1067 seconds left to go. So to kill that time you try something else. Shuffle a deck of cards, deal yourself 5 cards every billion years Each time you get a royal flush, buy a lottery ticket Each time that ticket wins the jackpot, throw a grain of sand in the grand canyon When the grand canyon’s full, take 1oz of rock off Mount Everest, empty the canyon and carry on. When Everest has been leveled, check the timer. There’s barely any change. 5.364×1067 seconds left. You’d have to repeat this process 256 times to have run out the timer. Like I said play millions of hands properly with no tilt and find a way to expose them :) I will be doing it soon promise!"

"A micro Sit & Go player “Sussexnids” is a suspect player. I’ve seen him a lot and is a typically straightforward decent player. Relatively careful, doesn’t float calls and bets his good hands properly. This one hand, of a few I saw him in, stands out because, like “ Marks’”review below, is a head scratcher and a totally nonsense call. We both had similar stacks, blinds were still low and under no pressure to take chances. I raised up my 2 Tens preflop about 2 1/2 times BB. He calls. Flop is 489 ( 2 hearts ). My c bet is a shove. He takes a while and CALLS! with his 4 7 ( no hearts ). He casually risked his entire stack on a bottom pair flop. When I see that I know I’m going to feel pain. Turn is a 7 and river is a 4. Do you know how impossible that is from calling a good raise pre then calling a shove and THEN DEFYING HUGE ODDS to win the hand. I see this guy a lot and have never seen the crazy or suicidal in him. No way this was legit. Fantastical finishes like this is why players don’t trust online poker. I see weird calls like this a lot in games. Odds don’t matter here. Enjoy the hurt when it comes because it will come."

"If you play poker and dont have a LARGE amount of money deposited you have no chance of winning, you are just subsidising those who have. Constant bad beats combined with little action when you have a premium hands. Even if you make the money its lower end payouts because someone hits runner runner to give them a run or flush. Sad to say Partypoker is no different. I have spent hours watching and playing and no matter how good you are you aint going to win long term, FACT. This hand was the last straw for me, I was 7th of 14 with 2,404,584 chips, I had AA, raised under the gun and was re raised, I shoved and was SNAP called by the player 4th in chips with 8 10 off. Pre Fop I am 82%. The flop AK7 I am 92% to win. Turn 2, I am 81% to win. River 6, 0% to win. The issue was he has the 8 off spades, the AK2 and 6 were spades. I know it happens but Snap calling with 8 10 off after 7 hours playing is dubious play to say the least. Im personally not calling 90% of my stack with 8 10 off with 1st place paying £15k"

"No one from support responds. I never earn enough points for the free $5 because every time I log out, they disappear. Sent messages to support. ZERO response. NO SUPPORT at all. I have never ever made it to the final table and I have played poker for nearly 30 years and I have won 2 tournaments in one day on another site and won in brick and mortar tournaments. THIS SITE IS A POORLY RUN SETUP AND A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY Party Poker does not care how many players complain on Trustpilot or elsewhere because they have enough suckers playing on their scam site. The only players they cannot scam are Americans as they are not permitted to allow American players. I will report the issue of no support response to the UK gambling commission"

RW “Mooshoo” says

"Scam site! Been trying to withdraw funds for 2 weeks. Sent ID, birth certificate, bank statements and still keep asking me for ID! The problem with these casinos is they will happily take hundreds in deposits no bother, but withdrawal is near impossible. Its dishonest and stealing from genuine players! The stress it causes is beyond a joke. They should all be shut down. Thats 2 sites for me now in last 2 months that I've lost £1500 in withdrawals! Leo Vegas being the other! Just for reference for these cow boys! Section 3 of gambling commission state that operator should prior any deposit communicating with the customer if there is any documents required failure to do so is a sanction for the casino. Casino in UK not acting right no more."

"Would avoid signing up with party poker or even playing on the website. It is a complete scam. I have had so many issues with them and have raised concerns and complaints so many times and they do not respond to 99% of them yet are willing to take peoples money. They increase deposit limits and decrease withdrawal limits without informing you and then when questioned say it wasn’t them and it was the provider. Just another tactic to keep you playing on the site. One employee in the VIP department (Basmah) deleted one of my complaints to cover up her colleague (Tom). Tom from the VIP department also offered me a bribe to drop the complaint and the subject access request I put in again as he said he can lose his job. I have all the evidence. The employees are dodgy as you can see. They have no duty of care to there customers and do not promote or follow regulations for responsible gaming they just want people to deposit so they hit there targets. I have all the evidence and it is now with the gambling commission who are dealing with it. My advise to everyone (which I know is a lot of people) is to report them to the gambling commission (info” they will look into everything. They have breached so many things. There staff conduct business in an illegal and fraudulent way. When I questioned party poker again no response. Report party poker. There are so many cases and it has affected so many people in different ways."

"Rigged to the hilt . This is not poker or anywhere near poker . More river winners than humanly possible , bad beats almost every hand . Compete joke of a site . Please don't ever play here , they are just out to rob you . Should be illegal to have a poker site like this . Rancid"

"Tried to set up private games, but had problems installing. finally managed install, but then others could not join club as they were being told they were already members. This would be impossible as they were not known to Party Poker until they registered. Really struggling to find a decent private game site. 888 Poker don't currently have one and Poker stars is far too quick."

"Where do i start! I uploaded money on the site many of times, been with them for quite a while (mainly losing over all) but used the poker as a learning curve at small stakes whilst studying hight stakes in my own time. i was a beginner at poker in my early stages and still continue to learn to the game as i was taught by my partner who eased me into the game. Ive always gambled live and prefer to play live. However due to the lockdown i decided to play online and put a healthy percentage of my wages on their site, i was losing at first and then made a 30% profit on my initial investment, i then proceeded to cash it out. I then enterd a $150 dollar tournament and came 3rd for $4000 and immediately withdrew £2000, i then played some roulette again and made a further profit and then cashd it out. Only for them to block my account the following day and also my partners account who was actually away that night stating that a 'secutiry review' was needed and yet stilll no answers as tho why. I sent screenshots of my bank statement, my ID, my face, and emailed then countless times! They never ever do this when i lose money. My IP adress in is located at my home address They are trying to find a way to keep the funds, this is what i honestly belive. The first good score i have made on the site and fisrt time i make a nice return on my investment they block me and ignore me giving no answers whatsoever! Take from the poor and give to the rich! They dont value loyalty, i've always been polite to them and very nice and uploaded funds on their site many of times, any form of succsess they label you suspicious and it makes you feel worhless and disgraced"
